In March of this year I had to call Dolphin Pools 5x to have someone come out to replace both of the valves to/from my pool. The first 4 calls were never returned 2 of them by the service manager, Tom with whom I spoke This was finally completed 5 weeks after my initial call.\r
More recently this past week I again contacted them regarding having my deck replaced or even possibly a gunite pool installed to replace my liner pool. I again have not had anyone return my call so I have decided on a different source for my pool needs. I get immediate answering of the phone and speak with someone who can actually answer questions AND who calls back when they say will.\r
Dolphin will sell you a pool and do a pretty good job but your wishes are not necessarily in line with what they want to sell you.
