I came in for a check engine light and parts were promptly ordered for me. However, when I called for updates of the ordered parts, I was told somebody will call me back with the information. But nobody called me back. I had to call multiple times (at least 5 times) before Ferdie, the service director was able to help me out. When the part did finally come in, the service was fast, efficient and professional. Thank you Ferdie.
