I brought my car for fixing stop lights and oil change. Everything was very nice until I picked it up and drove out of the service. As, after a couple of stops at nearby traffic lights, I started to gain speed, I found that something was awfully wrong with shock absorbers.
That is very strange indeed, because the service requested could have nothing to do with it. Also, a standard visual inspection was done, but I was assured that the car did not undergo as much as lifting.
That is very good and I do not have a case to proove, but as for myself, I know that my car was quite tolerable in driving before the service and became quite intolerable right after it. For an independent 'expert', I just waited for the feedback of my wife who drives that car more than I do. I never told her about my new experience, I only mentioned that stop signals were repaired. Well, after her first ride she told me that something is wrong with the car and that it takes very hard every unevenness on the road and now the driving experience is more like riding a horse than driving a car.
Well, I understand that the car is old and might be close to go over the edge (Hyondai Accent 2002, 118000 miles), but my wife and I cannot be both wrong in our noticing the great change to the worse (you may read it 'to a horse') as a result of the service.
