what a joke. had to use enterprise while my car was being fixed by hail damage. They do not explain things well and let you know who would be responsible for ""additional protection""...I should have known better but just figured out that the additional protection costed me out of pocket $200-300 less than what the total rental was for two weeks. Thanks for ruining my day and the horrible car that I had during that time. The oil needed to be changed and the car was damaged already. Never again.
