Initial consultations were good and communication was good. Confiusion surrounding thermostat options and humidifier tie in lead to additional cost. Installation is neat and equipment looks good.
Very dissapointed about the cleanliness and the condition left after the installation. Basement was covered with dust from concrete sawing. Saw areas were not cleaned up and with large amounts of debris and saw cut dust were left behind. This should have been cleaned up and would have been easily cleaned up with a shop vac. Also, promised that a supervisor would stop out a couple days after install....that never happened. : - (
