Short Version: York Furniture uses hard sell tactics that ended up being a very BIG mistake and a BAD experience for us; so, BUYERS BEWARE; or, at the very least BE SURE on what you want and what you're getting. \r

Long Version: on Sat. 6/7/2014 we were pleasantly met by Kathleen Vullo. We informed her that we were just looking today for a sofa-sectional and that we'd be making our decision tomorrow. She was clearly knowledgeable about the business and helpful; but, she completely ignored my wife’s concern that the unit wouldn’t fit. Being sure, I said it would (typ. male). We both liked the unit; but, also stated that we were going to continue to look. All of sudden a better price was given; but, we remained set on leaving.\r
As we started to leave we turned around to look one more time. This is where the Mgr. Larry Bell comes into the sales process and gives yet a better offer; but, only good for today. We both like the product and it was a very good price.
