We have an annual contract with R&D Heating and Cooling for our heating and A/C. The other day, it wouldn't come on so I put in a service call and within half an hour, they called back. It turns out it was just a timing issue with the unit and it eventually turned back on itself but they were very responsive to the issue.
They were very professional and they're here when they say they will be. They even call ahead to make sure the scheduled time is still good and are devoted to performing good service.
