HORRIBLE - DON'T RECOMMEND\r

Purchased carpet and new baseboard for 1 bedroom and closet - On the scheduled appointment the carpet installers came out and advised they don't install baseboards - Which should be put in first. Called store the one employee apologized and said it must have been an error and please have the installers call them. The store again advised the carpet installers would be putting in the baseboard - which the installer said no he doesn't have the tools and was not told he was to put in the baseboards. Apparently they can't even communicate with their own employees - Called store again and they advised someone would be out later in the day. I had to cancel an appointment to wait for a person to come and install the baseboards and several hours later was told that person was at another job and would not come out until the next day between 8 am and 10 am. I asked for the owner Don to give me a call that this was unprofessional, I was told he would call the next day - NO Call - The next day we were again told they would not be coming until later that day and the owner is doing payroll and cannot call until next morning - After numerous complaints they finally sent someone to install baseboards. NO CALL FROM OWNER STILL - EITHER THE EMPLOYEES DON'T ADVISE THEIR OWNER OF MESSAGES OR THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- - FOR A BUSINESS THAT JUST INSTALLS FLOORS THEY HAD A REAL PROBLEM WITH SUCH A SMALL JOB - LESSON LEARNED AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
