Terribly disappointed! Have been a yearly customer of Rochester Lawn Equipment for years including recently for a chain saw repair. Now have replaced a belt that they measured and sold us. After using the drive belt twice and it coming off, we returned it to be told it was too worn! Why did you sell us the wrong size to begin with!\r
Go to Billings, who gave us the correct belt with no problems. At 30 bucks a pop this guy has a great scam going!
