Bill, the owner, does a great job of communicating with me as a woman. Most importantly, he is not condescending and he uses terms and phrases that are easily comprehensible. Therefore, I trust him and his team with my car. He completes the job quickly and thoroughly. I feel if I had an issue with his work, he would make every effort to correct it.
