I just felt the need to thank the staff of Town & Country for being there for us on literally one of the worse days of my life. What I saw that day, and the outcome you provided seem miraculous to me. \r \r The Kitten had a ruptured eardrum, and was miserable. Barely six weeks old, and had not been weaned yet. He needed immediate attention, and I was no where near my regular vet. I called and you let me come right over. Dr. Debbie Bishop was the Veterinarian that helped him survive a severe crushing trauma to his little head, along with the wonderful and staff at this facility. It was a little scarey went we first brought him home. Frankly, poor guy was just so pathetic I just wanted to cry. We cared for him, and loved him after you gave him back to us. We worried a bit. After a week or so, his surviving brother and sister came to stay with us. \r \r I worried some more. He had a lazy eye on the side of the injury. He seemed slower, wanted to sleep a lot, and just didn't quite fit in with the others. We loved him, and kept a close eye he didn't get himself into more trouble than he could handle. Even if he couldn't quite keep up, he was more than welcome in our lives. \r \r This past weekend I noticed a change in his lazy eye. He is pulling it back towards the middle. He is also trying to jump places more now than before. He is catching up with his siblings. We are so enjoying our little kitten family, even more now that Mr. Buttons isn't struggling so. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you being there for us when we needed you. I literally just walked in off the street, and you all made the biggest difference; touching life's in ways you may never comprehend. \r \r Thank you. \r \r Sincerely, \r \r Alicja Sexton \r \r more
