My unit went down and I contacted John Waters at about 9:00 in the morning. They took my information and said someone would be out between 4:00 and 5:30. At 5:40 I called and received an after hours message that someone would call me back within the hour. Over an hour later I received a call. The rep had no knowledge of my call before finally digging up my papers and realizing that my call had never been assigned to anybody. They then promised that someone would come out that evening. I asked that someone call me when the technician was on the way so I could manage the kids, supper, etc. No one ever called and the technician just showed up. We wound up needing to get a part shipped over night but it took two nights because we could get that order in the first day. I have no complaints about the technician or his work (so far). However the office service was atrocious. There are way too many choices in this sector for a business to provide such poor service. And I was never provided anything other than a half-hearted apology.
