I believe it was in January when we called Preferred Window and door for their services. What happened was that our wooden garage door cracked during the cold winter time, and we needed service quickly. It was an emergency, and we told them as such when we called them, and they came the same day.
They sent a technician to look at the door, and the realized that the door would be too dangerous for us to remove ourselves. So he brought another worker, and they were able to safely remove the door. They gave us suggestions for a new garage door, we approved their choices, and it was installed in the same day.
We're very satisfied with the work and very happy that it was installed.
