This agent is terrible...... Very weak skill set regarding customer support......has poor follow up skills and seems to be out of his league when it comes to running a business..... He seems to be more equipped to sell used cars than insurance......There are tons of insurance agents in Atlanta that offer better solutions than Zan McBride.
