I recently had my Pilot serviced (90k service) and Jesus Cubero was the tech who helped me. He was very good about explaining everything to me that would be done. Due to miscommunication, my car was not ready in the time I had been told but Jesus was very apologetic and understood my frustration. In addition, a very understanding tech, John Miller worked diligently to arrange alternate transportation for me so that my wait was not all in vain. \r
