My wife and I bought our jeep here and the salesperson was good. Thank you Todd. But we chose the option of getting the LoJack installed which should be a two-hour job. My wife took the our baby to a caregiver, then dropped the car off in the morning and took their shuttle service into work. She didn't hear from them so called them at 4 o'clock when they said that it wasn't yet finished. At a 5:45 she called again where she was told that the car was finished at 2:45 when they called to let her know...and unfortunately they were closing and couldn't pick her up. Thus they effectively stranded my wife at work and kept the car with our child safety seat in the back locked up. I had to take a few hours off work to go get another one while we had to have family go pick up her and the baby. They have no idea what kind of danger and overall inconvenience they posed to my family. Josh, the $&@$! service tech responsible for this travesty claims he called and left her voicemail. there was no
