I have had cut/color with highlights in Sacramento and have never paid as much as I did here. I was charged $185 for a color/partial highlight and cut. This is WAY overpriced for Yuba City. I was stunned. \r

Had I known I would be charged double what I have ever been charged in this town I would have gotten my hair done elsewhere.
