Beware of this complex! I have lived here since the opening and was quite happy until this third management company arrived and began overcharging on a month by month basis. We no longer receive timely paper billing and they charge whatever they feel like they can get out of you. I would say they nickel and dime you to death but my current overcharges are at $500.00! They will not discuss the overcharges but will only tell you the computer says you owe that amount. They will confess they are having issues with their current billing company but that the computer is right. I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of uneducated people who have no earthly idea what their job entails. Management company? Lord have mercy! So if you feel like bleeding money then I suggest you move in, as for me, I'm moving out.
