Not Happy. We bought a machine from Nova in 2009 and haven't heard from anyone since. Our bill was unreasonably high one month (it went from $175 to $1076!) so I called. Soon after I found out our sales rep left Nova, our contract auto renewed without notification that Nova says they sent but was never received. The new sales guy only wants to talk about the new machine and Nova's free in house demo, to which I am not interested. He did offer a discount if we bought a new machine but this is not who we want to do business with.
