f I could give this zero stars, I would. My husband ordered 2 charms for me from here for Christmas. The screwed up the first order, the second time it was too late for Christmas. One of the charms broke and fell off 2 weeks into January, so I had to purchase another one. I then asked them to solder the jump rings closed. The jeweler destroyed one of the charms. They ordered another set and assured me they would order 2 brand-new charms so they would have the exact same finish. I tried to pick them up yesterday....they LIED! They just ordered 1 new charm. Tried to pass them off as both new. When I protested, the manager said, "in a couple of months, they will both look scratched up and the same". REALLY?!?! I demanded my money back for these over-priced charms. I will never shop there again!
