The guy with silver hair told me he was too busy for an oil change 3 straight times Thursday, Friday, and Monday. He kept telling me to come back another time. Luckily, the other guy was very willing to help and was very courteous. He squeezed me in so I didn't have to come back again. Service was prompt and efficient thereafter. The silver-haired man ended up being a bit more cordial.
