Overall satisfied but having waited 3 hours for tires and knowing I was coming in Saturday I wish you had them in stock ready to go or could have called me to let me know you had to get them and it would be a litte bit. I dropped car off aby 815 and returned at 1130 and car had not been touched and I had not recieved a call. Very fair price on 4 wheel alignement. Did not understand 10 dollar Illinois user fee on tires as I looked at bill.
