Not ever again. I called on Monday morning at 8:30am and got someone that took my info down and said that the person scheduling would be in contact. Didn't happen that afternoon, or the next morning as my calls (3) were ignored. Finally at 2pm on Tuesday I get a call for a measuring appointment, but enough was enough as I had gone with a local person by noon that day. They obviously didn't need a $500 job. I can't possibly NOT recommend them enough. Go with a local business instead of a franchisee.\r
