Ask yourself; do you introduce yourself to a client who you’ve seen 7-times in the last 2 yrs or simply say Hi, how are your doing and greet them as an acquaintance? \r I guess one man’s knowledge & 20+ years experience is another man’s arrogance. What “Don” failed to mention was the Aug 16 phone call asking about cremation and how to PERFORM home euthanasia. That the last 2-yrs he’s been diagnosing the cat’s problems from the internet & “treating” him with metamucil. That the appointment THEY called to make was for euthanasia. That the cat was no longer producing urine. That the exam & history strongly suggested advanced kidney FAILURE and spending money on blood tests was merely academic at this point.
