Strange how I was good enough to trust with her dog’s life & perform surgery in Feb 2013 but 6-weeks later she files her negative review the day she’s fired! Fired for gross neglect that injured another employee! \r
What to do when client surveys come back and the ONLY complaint is the same employee that they all list by name, SARAH. \r
What to do when she outright lies about her negligence rather than own up to it & use it as a learning experience as we’ve done numerous times in the past.
