I was very pleased to discover all the cooking supplies that the store offered. It was my first time in the store and I was there to purchase a replacement filter for the refrigerator. The store was out of the filter I needed. The manager instructed me to return the next day and she would have the replacement for me. I made purchases that day which allowed me to leave my contact information.
I returned for the replacement filter and the manager said very nonchalantly 'oh, i forgot' and kept her nose buried in the computer.
They had my contact information from my previous purchase and I thought it would have been a great customer service opportunity to give me a call and say 'sorry your replacment filter isn't in'.
The gentlemen was very apologetic when I returned and offered to call me when it did arrive. I thanked him but informed him that I would find the filter elsewhere as I had already returned to the store for no reason.

more
