Workmen came to clean carpet (have used your company many times with no problems) hose was muddy, tracked mud thru the house. Carpet looked great when they left, but as it dried yellow stains appeared everywhere. Called the company, receptionist was extremely rude. She asked what time my appointment was, I said "they came at 9". She said "we don't have a 9:00 appointment time." I said "well, they came at 9, it was between 8-10." She said "I'm telling you we don't have a 9:00 appt. time." Then she found when they came. I told her where they cleaned and she said "I don't have it on the invoice that they cleaned that room so they can't re-clean something they didn't clean in the first place." I asked her if she was calling me a liar. Bottom line, a new crew will come Friday to hopefully take out the stains. Will not use your company again. Done 5/15. stains not dry until 5/20. more
