Kansas City MO... needed to have the main sewer line cleared of tree roots. service man was sent to perform this task, but he did not believe that the main line was clogged. he tried cleaning a different drain instead. he fumbled around with that task, did not complete anything, billed me, then left telling me that another service man would follow up with me. no follow up. I called Roto-Rooter back a few days later and explained the situation. a different service man was sent to clear the main line. he did a nice job. explained everything he was doing, and was quite professional. he attempted to run a camera through the main line. was somewhat successful. he called in another service man to run a camera through the main line, so that I would not feel shorted on the service. this service man came, ran the camera, and offered a few suggestions. first service man sent: thumbs down. second (R Cittio) and third (John) service men on the job: big thumbs up. thank you to both of you. my only complaint is with the ineptitude of the first service man. in the end, Roto-Rooter made up for his shortcomings and took care of my problem. will call them again in a few years when I need the tree roots cleared out of my main sewer line.
