Considering the last chain place I went to didn't actually change my oil but charged me for it anyway, didn't rotate my tires like I asked, and whose idea of diagnosing my engine light (which I asked them to do and was willing to pay for) was to offer to check the engine codes, which I already knew, and tell me they had no idea what could be going on. I've been a bit gunshy of taking my car in for service.
They changed my oil and fixed my brakes for a reasonable cost, and although my car has plenty of other things wrong with it, they simply provided a list and made no attempts to upsell or scare me into services that are just not in my budget yet.
The waiting area is really nice and I felt treated like a real person. They even found for me a Yelp coupon for a discount off of my service.
I will be back. The only downside for me was that they aren't located very close to me (even their other shops).
