The tires on sale I wanted to purchase were not in stock and had to be ordered. I had a tire go out on the 20th, which meant I was going to have to replace with what ever was in stock. Chris, service advisor went the extra mile to get the tires I originally ordered and installed them on the 21st. This saved me $140, but also got me back on the road safely the next day.
