Although the care is excellent, the facility is in need of repairs. The footing is horrible. It ranges from hard like cement to rocky and deep. There are several horses that are lame or sore because of the horrible footing. The owners have no interest in making repairs or fixing the footing. The footing issue has been a problem for over a year, and if you say anything to them about it, they deny that there is a problem and tell you that nobody else has complained about it and this is the first time they are hearing about it. This is simply not true. It is really sad because the location of the facility is really good, and it has the potential to be very nice. If you own a horse, don't board here, you will be sorry!
