I came to the dealership with one car in mind and I got it. From the beginning, it helped that I spoke with Mr. Charles ""Andrew"" Patteson to discuss what is was that I was looking for. The car was not on the lot but brought in within two days. He was quick to answer all my questions, made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and assisted me with my new car, the specific one I had in mind. I'm not a fan of dealerships, but this was a great experience. I didn't feel pressured, taken advantage of, or just another number.
