It has been a real pleasure to get to know, and ""do business"" with Ann Bulmer. As our latest property manager for Ashton Place condominiums, Ann has demonstrated what seems to be a genuine concern, interest, and patience when it comes to representing ""our voice"" as owners here in the complex. And granted, her efforts may only be as effective as what our condo board allows, she doesn't seem afraid to speak-up and take charge of issues and needed remedies to our investments. This is an area where past property managers have failed - or acted indifferently - while Ann in her time here, has been outstanding so far!
