Weathermaster seems to be having a problem with its service department. Usually the technicians are willing to do the work but the operations department seems to either be overscheduling or under employing the field crews. I had a service call scheduled for the last several months and made special arrangements to be at my house on the day of the appointment. I received a call late the day before and they wanted to reschedule several weeks out. I insisted that they show up and the said that it would be an hour later than what was planned. I sit her now 5 hours later because they can't seem to get their processes straight. I'm firing them after today. Would not recommend them to do anything because theres plenty of other companies out there that would love to have the business.
