Keith, the technician who came out to help us today, was great! He arrived early in the scheduled service window and got right to work. He clearly has deep experience, and he took the time to explain how he was troubleshooting everything. While we weren't able to figure out the exact problem (the good news is that the system is still working...), he narrowed it down to a few likely causes and now I know what needs to be done if it starts malfunctioning again. In any case, Keith is one of the best, friendliest, and most knowledgeable people with whom I've worked.
I've worked with two other companies here in Delaware. One was so-so, the other terrible (and I believe not trustworhty). A much better experience with R&D: When the time comes to have more work done or replace our aging HVAC system, R&D will get my business because of our great experience today.
