THE WORST! We had our trees trimmed on Friday the same day the pool guy shows up. We thought that was good timing. Too our surprise, he quick skimmed the surface and left, leaving the bottom filthy. I cleaned it up and tried to start the skimmer only to find out it was broken. My call to Jim (J of J & S?) was met with a very rude response that they are not responsible for cleaning the bottom and that it is best that we ""part company"". Apparently they don't brush the sides, do a simple check of the equipment or check the chemical level consistently, but they do bill on time. Their ""NON-SERVICE"" is going to cost us a lot of money. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS!
