As the saying goes: ""If you don't succeed once, try again."" I did that yesterday at the Sprint store in Culver City. After a frustrating appointment with the Sprint Store representative, I gave up and went home. I then decided to go back and see if I can talk to someone else. And I am very glad I did! CLARENCE RANGE was an absolutely delightful, helpful, courteous, patient, knowledgeable person. He was terrific in every way, and I walked out with an iPhone5.
