Prompt, professional, clean and AMAZING customer service! We found a new plumbing company that we highly recommend. Our water heater started leaking, our pilot light wasn't igniting, we were in a panic. We called our original plumbing company that installed the water heater and after several attempts we found out they were no longer in service. We called Rheem to find an independent contractor and the list was provided. We chose Larkin for the amount of years in service, etc. Within an hour of calling, I had a plumber at our home to take a look at the water heater. Matt Grimaud, was amazing. He thoroughly went through what could've happened, immediately took care of going out and getting our new water heater. The installation was impeccable. It is very apparent he takes pride in his work and stands behind a wonderful company. After installation he went over the new heater, how it works, and some regular maintenance tips. We are extremely happy with Larkin, wish we would've known about them sooner. But it's never too late!! Thank you for your stellar customer service.
