Thank you all so much for everything you did for our mother and for us at this difficult time. I have yet to go through a process like this, without a single glitch, problem, misunderstanding, regret. You guys were awesome, from the first contact over the phone with Shawn and in person, he was unbelievable, what a person, what a serene and wonderful guy.
At the church service, Albertoand the lady that went with him were great. Alberto was amazing, polite, calm, supporting, it was like having a long time friend at the service. During the burial process, the words spoken by him were amazing, I am sure he is trained and well prepared, but it's a testament of how good of a job you guys do, and I'm sure he felt the love around that place.
Guys, ALLCOUNTY, was amazing. It's hard to say we loved a process so somber and so sad, but you made it tolerable, and acceptable and honorable.
My joy of having you as our funeral home, came from a selfless recommendation from Brad at Palm Beach Memorial Park Cemetery who in his own merrit, was extremely understanding and accomodating . He recommended you even though he could have sold us the service. I'm sure he would appreciate you knowing this.
