I don't write reviews very often, but in cases like this I'm forced to. In today's society we see more and more businesses compromise what makes them great for the love of profit. There aren't that many companies left in our great country that actually and seriously DO care for their customers and their satisfaction. But A Best Air has proven to be to be one of the rare few that actually do care for their customers.
I'm not going to go into my experience in detail because that's not what really matters. The job was as expected in some ways, far better in others and exceedingly better in the rest. I'm overly satisfied with both the price and the service. But that is all mostly possible because of the who the company really is. The people make the difference.
When you have to make the call that will potentially start a process that will cost you and possibly frustrate you to a great extent... you hesitate. Eventually, you make the call and hope for the best but expect somewhere between the worst and best. Well, I just made it through the process with a new furnace/ac installation and every aspect about went very smoothly. Service techs were very experienced and skilled and knew exactly what my worries and fears would be and never let me have one moment of worry. Reflecting back on the entire process from the first phone call till completion, that is how I want ALL my future service jobs done.
I live in Tulsa, OK. The techs that installed for me were Andy and Rob. The are VERY good at what they do and will find anything they can that's causing a problem, remove it and tell you about it so you know. They will also make improvements where they find the opportunities. I couldn't have asked for a better installation. Unless it was free... ok there's that...
