I have been doing business with Hendrick for the last 17 years. I did not even consider another dealership or car manufacturer; not when they have always gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They were wonderful again this past Saturday, April 19, 2014, when I went in to purchase a new vehicle. I had spent some time studying their inventory online before my visit and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted. Every single person I dealt with during the process was excellent! They were all knowledgable, kind, considerate and caring. There is one young man I can't remember the name of, so I apologize. I could not recommend Manh Nguyen any more highly. He took me on the test drive and through a good bit of the paperwork. He also instructed me beautifully on the features of my new purchase. Kelli Jo Hard was my financial person and she was extremely helpful and informative. As always, Gus was the best! During the last 17 years, he has not failed to speak to me and my family, He was really fantastic Saturday. The deal that was made was so awesome and I got a great value for the trade-in of my Accord. I appreciate everyone there and would recommend the dealership to anyone. My Honda experience has been fantastic!
