I placed an order last year- a day or so later, a salesman called me to get my credit card (again) \r
saying they had a problem getting the card to process. I called the company back to "" finish the process"" and thought the order was completed. I never got a confirmation of order, nor a medic kit. I checked my credit card statement of a charge and didn't see one, so I thought that they never placed it, got screwed up- I should look elsewhere for a kit. The charge showed up 3 wks later and I didn't see it til tax time this year. One phone number I found was not working, I couldn't find another. I sent several emails – finally got a response a few days later, Friday. The gentleman said he'd check into it, and get back to me by no later than Monday. I waited til Thursday, and still no reply. So I sent an email telling him that if I didn't hear from him I would have to try to reach other people who would help me. I guess he didn't care.\r
That's why I had to write this negative review. Do not buy from them!
