After coming home from a long weekend on the west coast of FL my car would not start. I called AAA for a jump and then immediately called you, asking for permission to have it towed to you in the event AAA could not get it started. Lisa, of course, said yes and fortunately (for me) it was only the battery. A few hours later I had a new, green label Interstate battery and royal blue battery mount installed; they look so pretty under the hood! Lisa and Dave couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with, keeping me informed on the status of my car, taking me on an emergency basis, on a Friday morning was so appreciated and truly an answer to prayer. Although I would have much rather invested in a new pair of shoes, I feel safe and confident I won't be stranded somewhere with a dead battery. A new battery is great, but it's the peace of mind I have after I leave your shop that will keep me coming back.
