Technician was disrespectful being aggressive on a verbal and body language to me, I was just asking as of why took three days to fix my check light tire pressure, also at the end of the day I went the pick up my car and was not fixed properly, and service advisor did not react properly to my request. Service advisor(Hugo Nunez) called the technician directly to discuss with me. technician (Jesus Zamora Lic# 5860) said to me , that I can go anywhere with my problem and no one will pay me attention. very bad experience I live in Miami and will not recommend others to use for service this dealer, very poor management and lack of standard operational procedures.
