After a terrible experience in Puyallup, WA VW dealership and University, WA VW dealership, who didn't take me seriously, were extremely rude to me and wasted my time. In my opinion Puyallup VW dealership should be shut down even though they are new so they don't damage the hard earned reputation of VW. The University VW needs to rid off their snooty attitudes and treat their customers like they are human!
On the other hand, the staff at Auburn VW dealership were friendly and courteous. I was particularly impressed with Jonathan at the Finance Department as he made me understand the money saving biweekly plan and including the extended warranty plan included in the value added in sales price of the vehicle helping me save thousands of dollars.
