We discovered Exterior Concepts at a Tampa Home Show back in January. We came to David with a unique request which included having a grassy area inside a deck so that we could let our puppy safely out (we live in a HOA community that does not allow us to have a fence – but does allow decks with railings) and so that we could enjoy our outside space more. He was very receptive to our idea and was able to help come up with a unique idea for our request….which I believe this type of request may have been the first for him.\r

After having multiple contractors bid on our project, we decided to use Exterior Concepts to build our deck, including solid skirting and stairs, and an AC unit “lattice”. We ultimately decided on Exterior Concepts because David was very responsive and wonderful at answering all of our questions…and being this was our first large home project…we had hundreds (or so it seemed like). He answered any and all questions we had and was very helpful. \r

About a month ago, the work was completed (within the estimated budget!) and the end result was fantastic! Actually, it came out better than we could have imagined! We have also received numerous compliments on our unique/custom deck with our grassy area for our large pup and we are extremely happy with the end result.\r
