I've lived in an Action-managed community for six and a half years. The service has always been consistently good. I speak to our manager about once every month about things that come up and she is always helpful and knowledgable. When I leave a message, she gets back to me quickly. Her assistant has also been help, as well as the people who answer the phone. I've been to Board meetings and our manager's supervisor is often there, providing helpful input and support. The meetings are much more professional than what I witnessed in my previous community (managed by another company). Overall, I've been very impressed with this company.
