I booked the limo 5 weeks ahead. A 50% deposit was charged to my credit card. I confirmed the reservation a week ahead by e-mail and was assured all was in order. At that time DLS charged the balance plus an unauthorized 20% tip to my credit card.\r

The pick-up time came and went – no limo, no phone call. During the following 45 minutes, I called the driver’s cell phone twice, and the DLS main phone number once. No answer, just voicemail. All three messages went unanswered. We cobbled together alternate transportation for the group and left.\r

Two days later, “Ed” from DLS left a message on my home phone asking me to call. When I did, “Ed” was not there. I have disputed the two charges to my credit card.\r
