overall experience great. salesman matt was great. did have to bring vehicle back with cracked coolant reservoir. which was not a problem. the only issue I had was having to wait 3 hours to find out a part needed to be ordered. I feel it should not have taken so long. I feel an hour tops would have been enough time for a tech to realize a part needed to be ordered and that I would not be leaving with my car that day. I made the appointment for 2:30 and left just after 5:30 with a loaner. I was sooo tired from waiting. it was frustrating.
