I purchased a set of Bridgestone Dueler HTs from the McKinney store on Eldorado. Immediately after installation, the car felt unsafe, wouldn't track straight and had a high-speed shimmy. I returned to the McKinney store to attempt a correction (balancing and alignment) with no resolution. I then took the vehicle to the Prosper store to seek help. But again after another balance and alignment check, the problem was still present. Returning to the store, I was told that I must have a bent rim. These Bridgestone tires lasted only 38,429 miles (a little over 1/2 of the 65K warranty) and were replaced this weekend by Toyota with Michelins. The car now feels very secure, tracks perfectly straight and has no shimmy. It is now obvious the problem was with the tire(s) and not a ""bent rim"" as I was so informed. \r
